Auto-start is on — game recording opens by itself today at 16:20.
Auto-finish
The ladder finishes by itself today at 19:20, 3 h after the start. Record and confirm your games in time — after the finish no new ones can be recorded. The auto-finish doesn't rate unconfirmed games by itself: they become ordinary games that can still be confirmed or rejected, and those left undecided count a day after the finish — that's the auto-confirmation setting.
How the ladder is played
1
Tables in order
The first table is the top one. After a game the winner moves one table up, the loser one table down. The goal is to reach the first table and hold on to it.
2
The players run the ladder
Who plays at which table and when to move, you decide on the spot. The organizer doesn't pair players or enter scores.
3
The players confirm the games
One of the pair records the game — right after it, or all the games at once at the end of the evening. The other confirms it on their side.
4
Into the rating at the finish
Confirmed games go into the rating when the ladder finishes — as a total for each pair or as entered. Unconfirmed ones become ordinary games and count a day after the finish unless rejected.
